I can’t get over how amazing she is. From the get go she handled our case professionally. By the time my fiancé and myself were out of her office she had his case already settled. Absolutely wonderful in every way possible. We had no clue what to do when he was being sued over a hospital bill. We felt very alone but after seeing her she made us feel like we were human. Could not of asked for a better person on our side thank you Nikki for everything you did for my family and I.

Professional and very helpful. i had been dealing with climbing dept for a few years and the two previous i was in unstable job positions unable to pay off my debt. This law office was helpful and made things easy as well as helped me navigate the process of bankruptcy. I had a consultation with Mrs. Farris and I was blown away - in a great way! Her professionalism was only matched by her knowledge and delivery. She could explain concepts to me in a way I could understand and in a manner that was kind. (Heavens know money can be an emotional burden.) I was anxious that time would run over - and it indeed did, but she did not clip it short, nor did she expect hidden compensation. As both a Veteran and a member of the LGBTQ I felt highly respected and genuinely listened to. She offered a few courses of actions without pressure toward any one, and further resources, contacts, and options. I followed through with her advice and this lead me to not pursue forward with her at this time - but I am still reeling with how incredible my consultation with her was. I will definitely remember my educational meeting with her fondly and keep her in my back pocket should I need her services in the future!!!

They were always friendly and helpful, yet professional and knowledgeable. They answered my calls in a reasonable time and always answered my questions. They helped me through my jitters and my pre-bankruptcy lows with understanding and good advice. They walked me through the process step-by-step and made sure I didn't forget any important dates, paperwork or deadlines. I can't say they made the bankruptcy a pleasurable experience (ha ha), but they made what could have been a terrible experience for me tolerable and much less stressful.
