I have left several messages and emails as they had mis placed peoples check, then not me! They did inform me of this and stated they would that they resend the checks that they misplaced rt away. This was almost 3 months ago I have not heard from anybody I have left messages upon messages. I am at my wits end when it comes to them. It would just be nice if I had some type of time frame or some type of notification saying that you’re working I understand the delays happen however, at this time they had more than enough time to fix their mistake and This is unacceptable and unfortunately I’m thinking I may have to take it to courts Over a measly few hundred dollars!

I hate to have to change my review. Although Michael was successful in working on the T-mobile breach class act he refuses to return my many call and emails about reissuing me a check due to my misplacing the original. I don’t understand why such a successful business would want to hold on to such a small amount of money. Hopefully he will reach out after this review
