Stephen H. Weiner has been a trial attorney for twenty-seven years since his admission to the
New York bar. He is admitted to practice in federal courts in New York and Michigan. He is a
graduate of Yale College (cum laude) and Columbia University School of Law (editor of the
Columbia Law Review). After he received his initial training in commercial litigation at top law
firms including Cahill Gordon & Reindel and Schulte Roth & Zabel, he started his own practice in 1994.
