The Law Office Of Zachary L. Boyd

Very unprofessional staff working in the office. He has had my case 3 almost 4 months with 1 form of contact a letter stating he was my attorney. With multiple attempts to reach him no call back ever took place. It took me calling the day before my court date having words with his secretary for him to finally call back. He was very rude trying to tell me how i am suppose to talk with his staff. While speaking with me he mixed my file up with someone elses. I would never recommend him as an attorney and his staff of 15 years was very very unprofessional. Even when I called the county to make an complaint I was advised he is poor with communication and contact.

Mr Boyd and his staff have been great. He was able to resolve my matter with the best outcome. Initially, he set my expectations as far as timelines and communication. Therefore I knew what to expect as we proceeded through the matter. I would highly recommend Mr. Boyd and will use again if needed.

As soon as you find out he is your lawyer. Do yourself a favor and request/hire someone else. He deserves 0 stars. Communication is horrible. Customer service doesn't exist. 2 weeks before court and we have no idea what the status of the case is. Meeting scheduled for today was cancelled and so was Z. Boyd as the lawyer on this case.

HE IS A POOR EXCUSE FOR A MAN.. Never had I met a lawyer so rude and arrogant. We have had the experience of dealing with this monster up close and personal. I pray that he lose his license or punished for how he treats his clients and family. I don't understand how and why they would have a court appointed lawyer like him, he is no good and only thinks of himself. My brother has him as an lawyer and the outcome is not good because he wont take the time out to explain and actually care to make sure that his clients get the best treatment. Everyone is not a criminal.. You are innocent until proven guilty. PLEASE GET THIS MAN OUT OF THE OFFICE !!!!!!

Tyroch Boyd is my sons attorney and he is the 1st attorney i know that doesn't speak with family my son is 20 and never been in this situation and Mr.Boyd will not help us to him him it just hurt me that I have to place my son case in his hand because we can not afford an attorney. So I pray that God takes over my sons case and lead Mr Boyd in the right direction ????
