I found Bob Montgomery and his entire staff to be compassionate, caring individuals. With great patience and calm, I was guided through the legal maze. They made a very difficult period of my life easier to handle. I felt safe and in good hands. Shari is amazing!! Always so cheerful, patient and kind! She made me feel at home every time I walked through the door! Five stars isn't enough!!

I was going to come back and change my stars maybe write a nice review but nothing has changed. Making payments to thieves for awful service who call and belittle clients and scream at them while helping the other side that they are not hired by. Threatening me they will send me to collections as I'm making payments to them. The whole office is a scam. Thankfully my case got switched to a different state but we are still in an awful predicament because of what this office did. They do not care about clients and their families they just want money. When I hanged my stars to 1 they actually called me about to try to "fix" it. There is no way to fix it they are corrupt and will suck you dry for every penny and not help you. If you want to pay thousands and thousands of dollars (around $60,000+) to be screamed at and spoken very very poorly to this is the office for you. They will not listen to you or do as you ask. Being the client and paying SO much money they should hear you out and if you say file something because it was a serious and urgent situation they should file it instead of telling you to wait because that's how the bad guys get away without any consequences. They will use any fear tactic against you and rob you blind. I would steer clear away from this practice.

They are the worst!! Dianne never returns calls, the receptionist is so rude, she yells at clients and hangs up. Your words are twisted and treatment is just horrible. They are quick to take your money but it's like pulling teeth to get assistance from anyone! This was a big mistake hiring for a chapter 13, they treat people like we are incompetent.

The attorneys at this firm genuinely care about their clients. Extremely knowledgeable and worth every penny.
