Alex was great. It was very relaxing to talk to Alex. He helped looked at my Small Claims case to advise me on whether it was worth it to deny and file a counter claim. He advised me on the process and was very knowledgeable on what I needed to do. He also helped me through the worse case scenario, so I could see how that could play out. I mean everything else has gone wrong with the construction project, so better make sure I know how badly this could actually go.
