I can not recommended Kelly Stephen and her office more if I tried. She advocates fiercely for her clients, she is honest about how things are going, and what should be done, and she is helpful. I’ve never been good at standing up for myself. So having someone that helps me do that, has been a breath of fresh air. I truly don’t know where I’d be without Mrs Stephen representing me. On top of that, her office greets me by name, and remembers details of the case. It’s nice that I’m not just another case number. It feels like they truly care not just about the case, but me. Thankful every day to have come across them. Worth every dime.

The purpose of this review is because I searched high and low for ones that discussed similar issues to what I had, so I hope this is useful to anyone who is doing the same. I had my first meeting with Kelly this week, so this review will be based on that, pending what happens of course. I have been anxiety ridden since the start of my family case for my daughter, I requested a GAL so there would be someone fighting for my daughter only. During our first meeting I brought a hefty stack of papers. Expected to be cut off when talking, guilted for being unable to leave my prior relationship sooner, afraid the documents I brought would be overlooked, along with many other things that you get when people do not care to acknowledge the psychology behind things. SHE LISTENED TO EVERY WORD. She acted with compassion, she asked questions in concern to my daughter. The professionalism was unmatched, as in with some of the very graphic things shared she stayed neutral in expression, did not openly pass judgement towards either party, just asked for details related to my daughter. I could tell right there I was with someone who cared about HER, that my prayers were answered. I could write a mile long review just after our first meeting. I’ll cut it with this, if you are looking for a GAL who cares about the mental/physical health of your child and doesn’t seem to be in this position for just the money, I recommend this law firm.

I'm so grateful for Ms. Stephan and her team. Everyone in her office is knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. I knew she was the right choice for an attorney after the initial consultation. It was fully worth the investment and more!

She said she would email me and then she didn’t. Took my $175 though. 30 minutes of my life that I will never get back. For all the misguided and people that she told lies to, I feel for you. DO NOT ISE THIS ATTORNEY

Kelly is amazing! I used her services for a custody battle and as my divorce lawyer. She is great at fighting for what you want while giving you advice on what to expect. My custody battle was 2 1/2 yrs in when I fired my previous lawyer because we were just going in circles and nothing was getting done. 6 months later after hiring Kelly the battle was over in my favor. She will always be my first call when I need a lawyer. Highly recommended!!! Thank you Kelly!
