I hired Mr. Wilcox for a child custody domestication case. I gave him $2,000 with the assurance that he could and would handle my case. I would email, text, and call often sometimes months between contacts and when he actually did respond it was one excuse after the other as to why my ex husband hadn't been served, we hadn't gotten a court date, etc. he eventually completely GHOSTED me with my money. $2,000 is hard to come by and I didn't have it just to throw away but here we are.....

When your attorney laughs when you share a fear of being stalked and hurt by an individual it's something to ponder. When I asked him why he laughed and told him I was upset, his reply, he said you misunderstood, I wasn't laughing. I guess I'm dead, dumb and ignorant was my reply. It is what it is. I don't recommend Attorney Wilcox. Very disheartening.....

Very down to earth and an above average Attorney for his age. A very likeable guy that will not let you down. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Been is a fine person. Very effective litiigator. You will not find a fine partner to represent you.
