They literally helped an abuser take away child support when she couldn't afford to pay bills for her children. (Allegedly)Filled a motion on behalf of the abuser and got childsupport stopped temp and pushed out another 3 months after she started receiving it already. A single low income mom trying to escape her abuser who makes good money and has used Said Money to control her. And this law firm helped the abuser do just that by filing documents on his behalf. This mom in question has tons of videos of abuse she endured. This law firm is causing more financial stress on someone who doesn't deserve what she's been through by representing the person who caused it.

Brian and his wife were a public defender for me in Adam's County Iowa. They got me out of a bunch of trouble. They treated the case as if I were paying for it so I bet hiring them would be very well worth it.

Tackett was my attorney. What would make me think your competence level has changed any. A phone call to your office is not going to change your abilities as a lawyer…. My opinion!

Mr. Tackett joined my case late (2 weeks prior) to assist when the other party hired a lawyer. Our initial consultation he was honest and gave a real world example of how an opposing attorney would frustrate me with legal jargon that a non lawyer shouldn’t and wouldn’t understand. We hired him and he was absolutely worth it. He knows his stuff with an extremely good sense of detail and is fair with his value as an attorney. I would/will absolutely call his office again if I ever need legal help.
