I could not have hoped for a better attorney for my divorce. It was - as I'd expect most divorces are - painful and emotionally draining. Gary was always on top of things, knew exactly what to do and say and helped me through both legally and emotionally. I HIGHLY recommend Gary - you will not go wrong with him on your side.
My husband has used Gary Sparks a few times. He was great just a few years ago, but now you cannot trust him to do the simplest task. My husband met with him two weeks ago and gave him a check to complete the task. The task needing to be done is a simple email, but that seems to be too difficult for him to accomplish. However, it was not difficult for him to cash the check he received from my husband. He cashed the check within a few hours of receiving it. The most alarming part of this is the fact that he has continually failed to return my husband’s phone calls. He called a couple times last week and has called a few times this week. Each time the lawyer’s call service gives him a run around. Either he’s “in a meeting and will call back in an hour” or he’s “in court and will call back when he gets out”. At this point, we just want the job done and answers as to why it’s taken so long and why he hasn’t returned any of our phone calls. I recommend anyone thinking about using this lawyer to stay far away. He will take your money and not complete the service agreed upon.
I hired Gary Sparks for a custody case he was really nice & his assistant Christine was helpful. They helped me write out my court papers. My case ended up being dropped so I no longer needed services. I asked for a refund for the rest of my retainer as I did not Use that many hours or time from Gary he & his office agreed. It has been 5 months since asking for my retainer refund amount and he has completely ignored me . Gary or Christine will no longer answer my Emails or Calls . I feel as if he stole my Money .
Very happy with my experience with Gary. I interviewed several lawyers many said what I wanted to do was impossible. Gary knows the law well and provided excellent guidance throughout my case, by anyone's standards we came out on top. I just referred him to a close friend who is facing a similar divorce.
