How should I start?... I’ve had Mr. Safir working on my case for over a year and a half. It was a major semi-truck accident resulting with the semi that rear-ended me getting totaled, my trailer and my freight also getting totaled. Me and the other driver ending up in the hospital. I was let to believe all along that “we” have a strong case. I didn’t bother him too much, letting him do his thing, but after a year when I started having questions about the case he came up with an offer that after all costs and fees I would have end up with a max of $21k. When I started being vocal about that, he told me that my “glaringly quixotic” expectations are nowhere near reality and I should look for another lawyer. He sent me a “withdrawal letter” from the case and .... that was it. To make a long story short, I ended up talking with the insurance directly, getting to a fair result. P.S. I changed my original 5 star review to a 3 star and not 1 for the simple fact that I have to recognize that he is very, very intelligent and that I have to come to terms that I was being fooled for so long...
