James is an excellent attorney. I have recommended him to people at work that need assistance. Communicating with him through texting, emails on the phone, or through his office was fabulous. James was great explaining every step of the process and how we were going to proceed. He is the most honest attorney I have ever met. I would definitely use his services again.

James and his staff were very professional and upfront about everything. I could call or email him at night and on the weekends and always got an answer or response to all my questions. He got me everything I was asking for and more!

Jim just operates in his own little bubble and doesn't pay any attention to anything you say. He doesn't care what you want at all and won't give you any details about what it is that he's actually doing. I personally paid over $7,000 before giving up because we accomplished absolutely nothing. I would have probably been better off putting $7,000 in a pile and lighting it on fire because at least then it would have provided me with some warmth.

Was told could have a free consult on Monday and was called back 2 days later to tell me I couldn't afford their services. The lady was incredibly rude when I asked any questions I was told I'd have to pay a 1000+ retainer and a 325 an hour fee to get any answers. Sorry sir Jim doesn't give free advice were her exact words. After that phone call I wouldn't use this law office if you paid me.

Jim is an incredibly hardworking attorney. He took on our case when other attorney's wouldn't due to it's complexity. He was always responsive, even weekends and evenings. He was very honest with us as to expectations. And after a very long battle, he was successful. He is amazing at his dedication and commitment.
