After participating in a Planned Giving event at the Clemens Center where Patrick presented I reached out to him to see if he was available to provide an in service for our staff. He gladly accepted and provided a wonderful overview of our topic which was "Wills, Trusts and Estates". Patrick shared several documents to help staff with this topic and was very knowledgeable in answering their many questions. His office was very helpful in planning the in service. As a result of this in service staff are now more familiar with the many guidelines and requirements and have the tools they need to move forward in planning. THANK YOU. Highly recommend this attorney and his firm. They are so nice, very accommodating, and so professional. I recently had a health scare, at the exact same time I was about to head overseas for a long-planned vacation, and it was too late to cancel. Of course, after procrastinating for the better part of a decade, I decided this was an emergency, and that I needed to do my estate planning, or at least write my will, asap before leaving town. I got in touch with Attorney Roth's office, explained my situation and how worried I was, and even though they didn't have any appointments available for a few weeks ahead, I actually was able to speak to him directly and explained my dilemma - all because he took time to talk with me while on his lunch break. The very next day, I was actually able to get my entire plan (not just my will) done because another appointment had to reschedule, and I was available to come in their place. It is a small and very busy office, but Attorney Roth sat with me and very calmly worked through all of my questions, explained all the options, what steps were involved, and what I needed to do. He was very reassuring and helpful, and had a great sense of humor. When all of my questions were answered and we had a game plan in place, he, his associate, and one of the paralegals helped put all of my documents together, I signed them, and they provided me with copies of everything on a portable drive for me to take with me on my vacation, just in case. When I get back, I will be given hard copies of all of the documents in a nice binder/notebook, and will complete the last few steps (new deeds, insurance paperwork etc) to finalize my plan. I am so impressed not just with how fast they got me in, but mostly with how the whole office pulled together, took time away from what they were doing, and rolled up their sleeves to make sure I had what I needed before I walked out the door, so that I would have one less thing to worry about between traveling and battling a health problem over the next several months. They were all so friendly and easy going, even with it all being last minute, it really brought my stress level down and helped me feel some peace of mind. Many thanks to Patrick, Ron, and the ladies (including the other lawyer/mediator lady who stopped what she was doing and offered to take over answering the phone lines so the receptionist and paralegal could help print out my documents). I will be telling all of my friends and family about how great Patrick and his team are to work with, and what a great job they did for me. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Tried their mediation service to finalize our marital separation. After a year, we were left with no agreement and nothing in writing. We were told that we would have to pay more to continue, but we both felt the service was not worth it. Hopefully others can get more out of the service than what we received.

This attorney had over 11months to do work for us, but had not finished. The staff called for information which alerted us to the fact that our deeds were not transferred into our trust to protect us and provide asset protection. This is related to the Medicaid lookback period. We lost a year of protection. Do not go to this office as they seem incompetent. Mr. Roth has new staff constantly and this reflect on internal problems, we believe.
