I participated in a mock jury. During the session I covered my eyes because they were showing gory pictures which make me queasy. Although I was taking notes the lawyer accused me of sleeping. Now I have heard of sleepwalking but never sleep note-taking. You would think a lawyer would have better powers of observation but I guess not. I never got invited back either; oh well. Lol
