If you are needing an attorney and you need someone that will fight for you - you will do well to consider Trey Malbrough. He represented me in the Shelby County Juvenile Court and he did more in 3 hours than my former attorney did in 9 months. The entire court was impressed with Trey's determination and skill. The GAL told me that he has was so impressed with Trey's determination and that I was fortunate to have someone like him fighting for me. Another good quality about Trey is that he has excellent listening skills. I have told lawyers about my case and really did not feel that what I said had been heard. I felt such a relief when I told Trey about my case and he asked questions all the while making eye contact. I have a lot of confidence in Trey and if I ever have to go to court for any reason, I would want Trey to represent me.

Definitely a man with good intentions. I don't understand why some post say he is late. He is an attorney with many cases to deal with plus family. I was recently in a battle with a very serious case and over 3 years of battling with my case, Trey was always keeping me up to date. I never stepped one foot in court. Trey handled my proceedings everytime. He drove from Birmingham to Talladega multiple times for hearings that I didn't have to be present. Which is a 100 miles there and back. With the seriousness of my case it was definitely a blessing that this man did what he could do. I would recommend Trey anytime, any place. I was facing serious crimes. God Bless him and his family. Just because he wasn't there for you, doesn't mean he is a bad lawyer. I would and will recommend Trey any day!

Trey is a great attorney and friend. I use Trey on a case and I am very satisfied with the outcome. Throughout my case I was treated as I was his friend and not his client. And being treated like that makes you feel like someone that is trying to help you and not just make money off the you. In all I will use tree in future cases where I may need an attorney, and recommend anyone needing an attorney to give the Malbrough firm a chance to take your case.

Trey is impossible to reach, consistently late to court, unprepared, and lied to us about being on vacation even after we spotted him running errands in Mountain Brook. He is unprofessional and will reach out to you past 10pm after you have been trying to reach out to him for weeks. He will copy and paste the majority of documents requested by the court and STILL still not have them in on time. I would not wish his services upon my worst enemy.
