Shaun Malone & Davis Bailey are the two best attorneys I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. Shaun handled my husband's custody case & after trying 5 other attorneys in the area, we finally found one who truly cares about the well-being of children & it has been nothing short of a perfect experience. He calls to communicate even the small details, he listens to us, and is the most intelligent attorney I've ever met. He is thorough, timely, and always so polite. Bailey handles our probate case & is an absolute genius as well as being one of the funniest people I've ever met. I would recommend these two to ANYONE in need of an attorney. They really are the best. Their office staff, Mandy & Theresa, are absolutely amazing as well. They are so sweet, so helpful, and make you feel right at home when you're in the office. Worth every penny & more!

Best of the best, hands down!!! And I even tried using another attorney an hour away from a bigger city prior to this! Not only did my case get drug out for over a year and eventually cornered into a plea deal, but they couldn’t accomplish 1/4 of what Shaun was able to do in 3 months. *3 MONTHS* is all it took this man to on AND win a case that i was told was impossible from multiple attorneys in this area…and let’s just say we never made it into a courtroom. Case closed. ???????? Shaun is the goat!???? 10/10 recommend and trust with my life, literally! Everyone from Mandy and Teresa to Shaun and Bailey treated me like I mattered.. from the day I got in contact with them, til the day I smiled and waved bye pulling out of the parking lot! Love this law firm so much and don’t know what I’d do without them!??

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with this attorney, who claims to be an "elite lawyer." Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that standard. I complied with every requirement and request before court, yet I received no meaningful advocacy or results—only the response, "it is what it is." Meanwhile, my ex-wife, who has a history of DHR cases and investigations, mental health challenges, violent outbursts, and an active warrant—facts supported by videos, recordings, and police reports—faced no consequences. She also failed to fulfill the court's requirements. These were all issues that could have been easily identified had proper due diligence been conducted before court. However, Shaun seemed disinterested and failed to identify critical details, such as the active warrant and ongoing DHR investigations, which demonstrated a lack of preparation and care. When my family, my ex-wife's family, and I began asking questions about his handling of the case, he chose to drop me as a client. Now, I find myself in a dire financial situation. With nearly 90% of my income being taken for child support, I am struggling to make ends meet and cannot afford to continue fighting this battle. Furthermore, during my limited visitation, my children often come to me unclean, smelling unpleasant, and clearly neglected. On our daily phone calls—calls I must fight to maintain—they are frequently eating on the floor in a home that is filthy and cluttered to the point where the floor is barely visible. Despite my repeated reports to DHR, no action has been taken. This experience has been disheartening and has left me feeling unsupported by the Alabama legal system. I only wish that greater care, diligence, and professionalism had been applied to my case.

If I could leave 0 stars I most def would. About a year ago we started the hunt for a lawyer who would fight for a father’s rights, we thought we had landed one. 5,000.00 later we are absolutely nowhere. He got absolutely NOTHING but negative income from the case. We had evidence that would send shivers down anyone’s spine that involved mental abuse, neglect among other things. It did absolutely NOTHING we were told you got points you got this you got that. What he got was every other weekend and almost 2 grand in child support which is more than he brings home a month. When we questioned what happened his response was it is what it is. He also stated the letters to the judge and lawyers with the new abuse with video evidence was illegal and unethical, speaking to different lawyers we found out that was not the case and will continue to send letters to whoever will see the case so this happens to no one else. When we asked what’s the appeal process and whatnot he stated you haven’t hired me for an appeal and to be honest you can’t afford one. Oh okay. We found out the appeal on our own because he surly didn’t let us know we had 30 days. He only called because letters that got sent around. He got his money and that’s what he wanted. The lack of professionalism and lack of communication was terrible. Choose wisely if you choose him that’s all I can say. Doing a little more digging he supports women’s right, which makes sense now but not to a women who has mental illness and can’t even take care of herself let alone 3 small children and that can be proven through dhr cases, police reports, videos, recordings the list goes on.

Shaun will do anything to get the verdict you want! Definitely the best lawyer in the state of Alabama.
