Dan is an excellent attorney, his heart is in the right place, he has helped me out with several different things over the years and we won every time!! He is more concerned with doing the right thing and righting wrongs than he is with taking your money, he helps out his clients every way he can and his prices are extremely reasonable! I highly recommend Dan marchese , he is a great guy and an awesome attorney!!! Thank you Dan for always doing your best!!!

My husband and I have just met with Attorney Marchese today. We have an employment matter and we need representation. Mr Marchese is knowledgeable, confident and assuring. He answered every question and gave us the time we needed to feel confident. We are secure in knowing he will work hard to resolve our matter. He is really an attorney who cares.

This guy has done nothing but complicate our divorce proceedings and suck up our family’s money like a vacuum cleaner. He has continuously attempted to instigate incidents, file restraining orders that have no merit and level false allegations in attempts to manipulate court proceedings. He represented a friend of mine in another matter, and they also said he was a horrible attorney. He has talked his client into all kinds of wasteful and unnecessary expenditures. If not for his poor guidance, our divorce probably could have been finalized a year ago! he’s positive reviews online are primarily from friends and family. You may as well just flush your money down the toilet. Avoid Daniel Marchese Law Firm at all costs. 7/27/22 update: Marchese just sank to a new low, suing volunteer firefighters because he blames them for a child’s death, when the landlord admittedly failed to install smoke detectors and the building inspector improperly permitted tenants to live there. Ask yourself, do you really want a person of such low moral stature to represent you?
