The right man for the job! Phil helped me with a very uncommon matter that had to go all the way to a trial with the New York Supereme Court and got the outcome I was looking for! Contacted many other attorneys in the state and nobody was willing to help or had any idea how to proceed. Phil went above and beyond on his research, having backup strategies (like an affidavit that should not have been necessary but turned out to be important at the trial!), keeping me informed, then showing strong litigation skills in the courtroom.
