Avoid this law firm. We used David McLean for the sale of our property back in September. There was absolutely no communication ahead of our sale. On multiple occasions I had to follow up for updates. Close to our closing date he just stopped replying. I ended up talking with Rodney and he told me that I needed to complete an information sheet, which should have been provided to me by David months prior to the sale. After the sale, I explained that we were being charged almost 50% more than what David had quoted originally. Rodney assured me that I would be getting a refund of the difference after David's approval. After a whole week of trying to contact their office, David finally sent me an email stating fees increased and mentioned that their prices were "still better than realtor fees" and he would call me after reviewing. Almost two months later... I am still waiting for a call.

Dave is a great lawyer, have worked with him and his office for years for real estate related counsel. Recommended.

I turn to David whenever I am in need of legal advice. David has provided legal services to me for a house purchase, sale of a house, and settlement of two family estates. He is very professional, responsive, and provides a very high quality of service for a fair price. I have worked with a number of other lawyers who charged twice as much as he does, and spent more time chatting on the phone whenever I called, but made mistakes on the legal documents.

Worst laywer in the history of lawyers. Dave McLean "the mobile lawyer" represents the buyer in a deal for one of our properties. We have come to find out that the buyer is actually the salesperson working for the cooperating brokerage, however she failed to disclose her interest in the property which is a very big violation for a real estate salesperson. The only thing the mobile lawyer has done for his client is prompted a lawsuit against her, as well as have a complaint be submitted to RECO and her brokerage engle volkers. Nice work Dave! Avoid this lawyer like the plague.
