Demons. Processed a garnishment for a medical.bill and sent the documents to an address I lived at 5 years ago so i wouldn't get it . I never received any documents regarding the court date or anything and the completely drained my bank account 2 days before Thanksgiving. When I called to find out why, they wouldn't tell me anything. I went on the va court case website and found out they sent more docs for another garnishment for January, and sent that to the same address. When I confronted them about it and told them they broke the law he started talking in circles and asked me to "verify" the address on my license. As if I'm that stupid to fall for that. It is your job to serve me court documents at my current address. Which I've been at for over 3 years. I will be following up with the Virginia State Bar and the Henrico court system.
