Mr Pelham is a money grabber to his clients. My daughter/stepdaughter nicknamed Deila had a claim and it was carried on up to 9 years. Her mother passed and since I had adopted her at birth and my name was on her case as a contact individual, I was left to handle her case since she is a juvenile. Last year around November, I contacted Mr Pelham and I was told I couldn’t talk with him to personally situations of Mr Pelham that I will not reveal. Recently I got a chance to talk with Pelham and was told that he can’t deal with my daughter case anymore because I spoke with the insurance company in which he is or was filing the law suit with. I never spoke with no insurance company. No insurance company never tried to get in contact with me although I knew not to answer the phone. Mr Pelham, I do think you as many do “cashed out” but I am in the process of looking into this matter. My deceased wife and I trusted you with our daughter case and you failed us. You were a great attorney from the start. You met with us, you spoke with us as a good attorney should but you failed us with no further information nor communication. I will pray for you because money struck is not good when you take advantage of clients. Lawyers are suppose to help their clients not make their suffering harder. My daughter because of her injuries are now handicap. Confined to a wheelchair because of a Dump Truck Company accident at a bus stop. People who do wrong such as you give people bad names.
