Did a transaction with them back in October of 2022, selling a property in Lake Lure area. It was done completely remote (I live in California), and pretty much the entire transaction was just emails back and forth, and electronic forms. Patricia at Worley Peltz was fantastic, guiding us through everything, and very responsive to anything we asked. Top notch firm, highly recommended.

Unfortunately my dissatisfaction of this firm has to be expressed. The overall customer service/follow up on top of the delays of a simple land closing is completely unacceptable. I would never use nor recommend!

Amita and her staff were wonderful! She assured us from the start that the process would be painless and it truly was! Amita answered a ton of questions we came up with and we never felt she was rushing us when we met with her. Emails were always returned promptly an thoroughly. When we first approached Amita, we weren't sure if we would qualify for bankruptcy and she helped us pull together some very humbling figures that indeed painted a picture of the need.
