John Pettit is a highly seasoned and experienced attorney and has decades of experience in assisting Texas families in the areas of criminal and family law. John Pettit has been an elected District Attorney and for nearly ten years prosecuted all manner of criminal cases including capital murder along the Texas border. Since his move to Montgomery County, Texas in 1980, he has been succesfully defending those charged with criminal offenses including drug cases, DWI's and again, capital murder. John also specializes in and has an impressive record in winning complex family law matters, including divorce, child custody and property division as well as high profile civil cases.

Julie is an excellent attorney. Very good at her job and as a fellow attorney in the DFW metroplex helping clients protect their homes, I can speak to how well she helps clients save their homes. While we primarily help clients use a chapter 13 bankruptcy to stop foreclosure, Julie makes use of non-bankruptcy options which are are often better for clients when bankruptcy is not a good option. When bankruptcy is not a good option, we know we can trust Julie Pettit as a foreclosure prevention attorney to offer options which are often more suitable option for those looking to save their homes, buy time, or work out issues with mortgage companies regarding their homes.
Tony and his staff are the most knowledgable and informative firm I have ever dealt with.
