As we walked into our closing on our new house my wife got the call, "Please come to the doctor's office right away." The Rogers Law Group went above and beyond my expectations. Having already navigated us through a difficult sell thanks to Rick and his assistant. Now having to deal with tragic news they set up closing and handeled everything. Great Job!

Purchasing my first home was a process of exchanging hours of sleep for increasingly elevated levels of stress hormones. No matter how thorough, punctual, and incessant I became, it felt like there were forces, outside of my control, undermining my efforts to not become homeless. That is, with the exception of Scott & Rick, from Roger's Law Group. Where others faltered, Scott & Rick picked up the slack. When most parties treated me as a routine means to an over-inflated pay check, it sincerely felt like Scott & Rick had my back. No matter how panicked I became, they were just a phone call away. Anything I didn't understand, they were able to explain. Anything I felt powerless over, they took action; contacting the parties responsible, and getting the ball rolling. When it was 22 hours before my closing, and my lender & title agent still couldn't give me a definitive cost of closing, Scott dropped everything, to expedite the process. If it weren't for his actions, I would not have been able to receive the figures I needed before my bank closed. Even when it was my broker's responsibility to get them, and not his. It would be genuinely difficult to overstate how impressed and grateful I am for their role in my purchase. Without them, I do not believe I would have closed on time.

5 Stars. I have had 3 closings with Rogers Law Group. Scott Erb did a great job handling all details and prep for each closing. 2 of the situations were basic. One of the situations was multi layered and complicated requiring considerable communication with lender, builder and me. Scott got it done and we closed smoothly.

I had a great experience dealing with this firm. They were diligent and responsive in working on our case for MORE THAN A YEAR -- even though they were only ever going to receive a modest fixed fee for their services (and so were never working on 'billable hours'). The paralegal who was my primary point of contact (Chelsea) was organized, clear, helpful, and enormously patient at shepherding us through our short-sale. I can't say enough good things about the effectiveness with which they advocated for us.
