The Rose Law Office

Attention?? Please don’t do any business with Rose Law because they are unprofessional & they don’t work for their customers. I have been calling, emailing, even did a pop up at the attorney’s office and still haven’t received a response. I’m still receiving calls from collector’s after the filing. I’m also due back some money and this has been a year and still haven’t received any money back. If you need to file go with another law group because with the Rose group you will be waiting on a callback and receiving calls. If I could rate this in the NEGATIVE I would… The entire company is a circus.

Update: Right after posting this review, amanda finally messaged me (guess bad publicity gets their attention). She claims it was an accident that my messages weren't going through. But then refused to let me finish my bankruptcy with her. Attached are the emails. Also, she left me 1 voicemail at 8am on the 13th(which i didnt see/answer because i didnt recognize the number and work night shift). And this whole process has been through email because i work all night and sleep all day while their office is open. I Spent months getting everything together for my chapter 13 bankruptcy. When we got to the final step where all we needed to do was pay and file someone mentioned to me that I would lose my tax returns for the 5 years I was in bankruptcy. Never once did Amanda mention this. When i messaged her about this, she never responded back to any of my massages. She still hasn't. So i messaged her partner, who also refuses to respond to me. So now we have to start completely over with a new lawyer after paying $100 for a credit report and $50 for pre counseling with the rose law firm. And wasting months of time faxing, scanning, and gathering everything we needed to file.

If you're ever in need of a bankruptcy lawyer, The Rose Law Office is the way to go! I would rate them higher than 5 stars if it were possible. I was so nervous meeting with John Rose because I've never filed bankruptcy before. As soon as we met I started to feel relaxed. He's so welcoming, inviting, incredibly friendly and a great sense of humor. He doesn't make you feel bad because you've got yourself into a bind. John makes you feel very at ease and he explains everything in ways I could understand. His staff is also very friendly. If anyone gives this place a bad review then it's obviously something that they didn't complete or give John all the proper paperwork and they just need to put the blame somewhere. He did everything he was supposed to do on his end and I did all that needed to be done on mine. They all return calls and emails very quickly! The fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend The Rose Law Office to anyone who needs help with bankruptcy. I hope to never need a bankruptcy attorney again, but if I do, I'm definitely giving them a call again. Thanks again Rose Law Office! Its most definitely been a pleasure!

Amanda Rose is a great attorney. I was very nervous about filing bankruptcy, she is so patient and knowledgeable, she help me ever step of the way. Always answered and return calls. I highly recommend her for her services.

I would highly recommend this law firm. I worked with Amanda Rose and she was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable and offered great guidance, especially when you know nothing about bankruptcy. She was also very responsive. I could email her knowing I would get a response back that day and usually within the hour and sometimes withing minutes. Filing bankruptcy can be very intimidating, but she made the process easy.
