Unprofessional firm that don’t call back . I was trying to retain this firm for my mother who has a GOOD medical malpractice but not longer interested since I have yet to get a call ( a week ) . I’ll be going with Rosenberg law firm that didn’t waste time. Word of advice when a person is terminally ill taking a week to just call is absurdly offensive . I don’t recommend them a client or potential client shouldn’t be calling them daily , sorry but that’s not how it works

This lawyer, Luis Desorbo, came recommended to me from a friend. I have never regretted my decision more. My case is settled and has been for sometime but they can’t pay me because “they can’t figure out how to take the money from another country.“ Even more upsetting is the lies - I have called and emailed several times in the past year - I have never had my call returned. NOT ONCE. Yet I’ve been told multiple times they’d call me. I’ve received communication with conflicting information, and ultimately, I settled my case just to be finished with this firm. I don’t have time/energy to harass these people. Do yourself a favor and find a law firm that treats clients better.
