I definitely would not recommend this attorney for any criminal matter, four years ago he gave me his word he would assist me with a final motion as part of my original retainer, this morning on the phone, after not returning my calls, he behaved in a rather baffled and disrespectful manner and said that he did not understand the point of my request nor did he care to enlighten himself as to the urgent necessity of why I was making said request, he was more concerned with stating his uninformed opinion and was of no help. While he may be a very amazing human his lack of professionalism and work attitude are far from amazing, this makes him a high risk for anyone dealing with a serious criminal matter. I have no issue with Mr. Iglesias as a person, my statements and review are directed at the manner in which he practices law, runs his business and his lack of customer service.

I had a consultation with Fernando Iglesias Law Office and though I was out of state and therefore could not use their services, they took the time to answer my questions to the best of their knowledge. Had him represent me and wasn't even prepared, was still going over documents as we were waiting. This guy must've averaged a D minus in school and barely got by the bar. This man is lazy and has to be the worst attorney ever. Save your money and go with someone who is willing to fight for you, not like this pushover who will just stand there, agree to everything and collect a check. I had commented on his pages previously and my comments were deleted. Pretty weird that you only have 6 reviews now.
