Tom Spain does not provide the professional courtesy of returning phone calls. I was referred to him by my former real estate attorney involving a property issue that I'm having with my neighbor. Even if Mr. Spain wasn't able to assist me, at a minimum he could have provided me with another contact. Maybe I should adopt this type of behavior at my own job, hmmm?
