I have used the Courtland, VA offices of Stalling and Randall twice now to represent me in court. The first time, Mr. Randall represented me and the charges were fully dropped, which was more than he promised on our first meeting. The second time his associate, Mr. Daniel Vinson, represented me and got the charge reduced to a lesser charge, which is exactly what we discussed and agreed to attempt. Jack Randall is very confident in his abilities and does not beat around the bush when discussing your options or what he can do for you. Daniel Vinson is an intelligent and very thorough attorney. They both exceeded expectations when I hired them to represent me and will definitely be using their services if needed in the future, although I kind of hope not.

My fiancé needed a good lawyer, he has used Mr.Stallings in the past, so he was our go to. We sat down with him came up with a game plan, and everything turned out better than we expected. His staff is absolutely amazing, anytime we had a question it was answered and if they didn’t know, they would have him call us. His response time was incredible as well considering how busy he is. He’s a highly respected lawyer, I would definitely recommend him.

He was very disrespectful. Not even five minutes into the free consult he says, "get to the point I've got two more clients". He was cocky and rude. Bragged about being assistant DA and being on board at Southampton Academy. He then talked crap about the officer but says he will call her and get it reduced. Lawyers like him who talk out both sides of their mouth give good lawyers a bad rap. Initial fee $1,000, I looked surprised and he quickly reduced to $750. He said we are the big boys. He would have been smarter to charge a fee for consult so he could spend a little more than 10 minutes with me and made me feel like a client. Instead I felt like someone who was paying him $750 to do me favor instead of a client being provided a service. Obviously I didn't use him. Went to court myself, pleaded no contest, got reduced to traffic violation and paid only cost of court $90.00 and $30.00 traffic violation fee. Sure beats paying an additional $750 which would have only required him to make a 5min phone call and an hour to go to court with me. He is money hungry and may be good but def in it for money than wanting to help.

What I went through was the single most stressful and painful experience of my life. I chose Mr. Randall based upon my knowledge of his professionalism, reputation and compassion for the law and protection of those he represents. Mr. Randall brought in Mr. Vinson to assist in my case and he was equally invaluable to my defense. Everyone in life experiences hardships and pain. Everyone falls. Mr. Randall and Mr. Vinson helped pick me back up so that I could rebuild my life.

Had a case that got continued twice and Mr. Stallings put absolutely no efford into this case. Didn't use any of the detailed facts that were printed out that he had asked for prior. I was only a witness in the case for the plaintiff and still got treated like a criminal. The plaintiff, I repeat, the plaintiff. We would've been better off if he wasn't even there. So thanks for taking our hard earned money and not even looking at anything until literally minutes before the trial, you barely even knew what was going on, isn't that your job? You had months to prepare this case and decided to do it minutes before the trial. Mr Stallings if you read this, I just want you to know that you're disgraceful ,money hungy, and all your clients are merely numbers to you, but I'm sure you already know that but still have no shame .
