Im a current client. The reason I am writing this is because I'm desperate, I have been trying to contact someone for more than 8 months to obtain information about my case and unfortunately I have not been able to do so. For the last 8 months I have been calling every week to talk to Natali or someone who can help me and the only response I got from receptionist is that they will call me back or send me an email, but none of this has happened. I've scheduled conference calls and face-to-face meetings but there is always an excuse, had personal problem and left early before the meeting. I have missed work for these appointments and no one has notified me that they were cancelled. I decided to go to the office to see someone, on the first occasion I waited more than 2 hours in the lobby and nobody attended me, when I was leaving I managed to see 3 people entering the building, one of them, Mr. Sam, I explained to him my situation and he assured me that someone would contact me but the person who called me, Edgar, did not know how to answer my question. Today, I came to go to the office again and right now I have been on hold for an hour and there is no response that someone is going to attend to me. I need to ask questions about my case and things that are currently happening but I am desperate. I do not know what else to do. I beg you, I beg you to help me, I need to talk to someone. Please.
