I did not hire this firm, but rather was on the other side of a transaction where Molly was the representation. She and her office refused to communicate with me directly, had poor communication with my counsel, and ignored the wiring instructions included in the deal. Not professional. Poor communicators. Bad experience. Do yourself a favor and use the next firm on your list.

As a first time buyer I was nervous about the process. Molly and her team provided excellent service and kept me up to date in the various stages of the transaction. On this occasion the sellers were not ready in time, but I will certainly be using Molly and her team to close on my next property purchase as they were patient and understood the nerves of a first time buyer.
