Mr Toombs took 100 consultants fee plus $700 for misrepresentation he never defended us in court no appearance and refuse to refund the money back. We did ask for at least 50% of our fee just to be fair he also refused to refund anything back he stated that he would call us we never receive a call it's almost 1 year now. This is selfish and unreasonable please run and fine the better representations somewhere else!

I spend 2,400 dollars with this lazy attorney Tmoob. Don’t waste your time and money for a crook. He has a nasty personality. He called me on the day I had court just to tell me I had court what kind bs is that. He needs to retire or go to jail for stealing money from clients that he doesn’t take the time out to do the work. These are people lives out here. Believe me he was going to have me go to trail. When I had all the evidence to dismiss my case. I drop his off my case. Now my case has been drop because they didn’t have any evidence. A mother with 3 children he couldn’t defend for poor quality.

I paid a $75 consultation fee for Mr. Toombs to tell me I have a case but he needed estimates on how much it would cost to repair my car bumper. For the next few weeks I've been all over Georgia to get estimates and the highest was $1700. For weeks now I have been emailing and calling Mr. Toombs just to get a yes or no if he'll now take my case. He has not emailed or will return my calls. Long story short, he does not care about helping people who have been wronged, he only care about money so if you do not have a case worth money to him don't waste your money paying a $75 consultation fee. The reviews on here is the only reason I chose him to represent me so I hope my experience will help the next person.

Thanks for NOT returning my multiple phone calls regarding a "breach of confidentially" attorney Toombs. If you didn't warrant the expertise to discuss my rights - you could of just relayed that message via your receptionist. You need not concern yourself of me contacting you in the foreseeable future. ***And for any other of my military veterans whom might be considering contacting you - DON'T waste your efforts and/or $money$ my fellow veteran***. This attorney should be ashamed of himself. I have a son who was misdiagnosed...he had colon cancer at the age of 19 and wanted an attorney he could trust to handle his case. This man took our 500 dollar fee he charged to look for a Dr to sign an Affidavit but instead sat on the case and waited until my son passed away then sent us our money back after the statue of limitations had run out for Misdiagnosis. I am not satisfied with this situation. We chose him because they play gospel music when you call. What a fraudulent scheme Something needs to be done
