Trail pro was a very good decision me and my husband made. Our lawyer Dale was very nice,funny, sweet, and hard working. I definitely recommend him and the company. He did all the work and just called to let us know when we had court or for any important information. I really enjoyed our experience with a lawyer great first time case.

I will never recommend this law office. My husband and I decided to change our attorney after a lot of time waiting for a deposition. I called trial pro and they sent a person right away to my house to sing the paperwork. In the beginning everything was moving quickly and we were confident. We finally got a deposition day. During deposition our attorney never showed his face because he was having "technical difficulties" he just had audio. After deposition he told to my husband he recommended to settle for enough money to pay doctor bills and a couple thousand for his herniated disc because in his opinion a jury would never give all that money to a person like him. I got frustrated after that and wrote an email to my attorney and he responded and called me back and told me he worked with homeless in his youths at college and he understands all that we've been through and I thought he would fight for us. So, he got us an offer for our case, I emailed him and told him that I wasn't sure to settle yet because for me it doesn't have Sence to settle for less than our doctor bills, (by the way we still are in treatment under our personal insurance) so he said he will call me later to explain everything better because right in that moment he was having to travel. Instead he called to my husband and told him that offer was the best he can do for us, that was a done deal in our situation making my husband fell very depressed and making me feel very upset and also depressed when I found out, so I sent him an email telling him we will sign the paperwork. I'm still waiting for his call. We settled for his done deal wich is just enough to pay the attorney fees and not sure if it will even cover all of our doctor bills. That is our experience with trial pro. If your case is being taken for a big law office. I will recommend to stick with them.
