Really a one star is being nice on my part. She was one of the worst attorneys ever. She did absolutely nothing in my son's case and she threw him under the bus. She claimed made many false statements she would not speak to him on the phone and said he was supposed to call her on the securus lines not the jail phone lines. If I'm not mistaken, I believe there's only one line that in inmate can make a phone call to their attorney?? I was told at one time she used to be a really great attorney but she wasn't worth the money paid. ????

Just want to say that not only is she the best lawyer she has also dealt with my son as if it was her own. She has spoke firmly to him and really tried to help him. She has fought for him like family. She has dealt with all my anxiety about my son patiently. I honestly don't know what we would do without her. It's not about the money for her..she is very compassionate!

Read everything before you sign. Otherwise you'll be left feeling reaped off. Giovana don't care about the outcomes, just their pockets. Favorable resolution that came from me. That not ones did you have to go to fight for him. All documents and things were done by me. So yes favorable outcome but nothing you did. All work was done by me. You did not represent him at his 24hr hearing and you did not file anything for him. All was done by me. Charges were dropped before his first hearing. So like I said yes. I was ripped off by a lawyer that did nothing and kept $3000 For doing nothing. The price didn't leave me unsatisfied it's about integrity, and ethical morals. You know you did nothing. You did not represent him at his 24hr hearing. Charges were dropped not because you filed for anything. He didn't even have to go to court. You did nothing. That's what's upsetting that you took my money and did absolutely nothing. Like I said it's about integrity, ethical morals which your law firm has none.

When it comes to procuring the services of any law group it tends to be under some of the worst circumstances, Giovana made things alot easier to handle. She has helped me with a few problems I have had through the years. This time was no different. She walked the papers needed to close out my case by hand to the needed locations instead of emailing. With this little personal touch, something that could have taken weeks, was reduced to a single day. She kept me notified of the process the whole time, and there wasn't any run around. All of this shows that she honestly cares. You can't please everyone all the time. That being said, this time, I am extremely happy with her services. I would highly recommend her to anyone that would ask... maybe some that didn't ask as well. Thank you Giovana, John

Giovanni Upton is amazing, well respected and badass! She does criminal law and I'm sure has taken every type of criminal case which makes her knowledge and experience.
