Mr. Witt is an outstanding attorney; he took the time to offer us advice from the kindness of his heart. He is truly invested in his clients and cares about their interests. My experience working with the Witt Law Firm could not have been a more positive one. Jesse & Marci were very attentative to the issues that surrounded our legal battle and when things became a bit confusing for me, they took the time to explain what was going on and present the options clearly so the HOA could make a clear and educated decision. My issue involved being the President of an HOA for a building in downtown Denver that had construction defects. We had very bad leaks and we were going after the folks responsible. It was an interesting situation with the different parties that were involved but as the case moved along, i knew that trying to keep the costs reasonable was of a major concern. WIth this in mind, the Witt law firm only stepped in when they had to, which helped our bottom line in the long run. This was a big deal for us. Also, when we needed to meet as an HOA, the firm would make themselves available to talk through the issues with the other owners.
