This place is a joke I wouldn't hire these idiots if they were the only attorneys in the state. First, they never returned my phone call. Then they contacted me by email with some stupid paperwork they wanted done . I completed the paperwork and emailed it back as requested, and they still never contacted me. These idiots who work for this clown work out of his house on lakeside it's probably good because these idiots couldn't afford anything else

So in regards to the people of Nevada vs DETR, Mark is a non-stop, guns blazing, no BS kind of attorney. This guy just doesn't back down. I'd hate to be on the wrong end of a lawsuit facing this firm. To the people who are concerned that they aren't being heard, you must realize the absolute burden that every individual case adds to the class action. I haven't had my calls or emails returned, even offered to pay for a face to face consultation, and still no response, and that's okay... I also understand that I am just one of thousands of people with the same issue. Thank you mark for representing the people of this state, and not giving into DETR's BS. Keep up the amazing work!

After listening to the video conference between the courts, DETR and Others regarding the JOKE of PUA/UI IN Nevada, Mark Thierman spoke the truth and said everything DETR didn’t wanna hear. For myself, PUA determined after 114 days that I’m NOW eligible for normal UI through DETR, BUT UI won’t let me file online..... Thierman is a great representative for the people of Nevada not being being paid.

HORRIBLE LAW FIRM!!! Don’t deal with these clowns!! So, several months back I was conversing with them regarding a potential class action case. I spent hours of my time, explaining all the intricacies of the potential case, going into detail, and sending them all the supporting documents of the case. Anyway, I’m not going to go into detail about the case, but it is on the news and another law firm took it up. But my problem with them is that they waste your time and have no regard for you!!! After everything I did and all the hours I spent for WEEKS taking the time out of my day to provide what they were asking for, they never got back to me,,, not a single word, not a single peep. I reached out several more times with no reply!! 0 professionalism. Just shows their character and what type of people they are! Don’t waste your time with these HILLBILLY INCOMPETENT FOOLS!! They got their law degrees out of a cereal box and they know nothing about the law. You’d have better luck with the law office of malaria and chimp! THEY’RE NOT REAL LAWYERS!!! There is not shortage of law firms out there and with their attitude and demeanor they think they’re the only one and we have no options!! Literally choose any other law firm but them!! This is a warning to those reading this, is that if you choose to use them for you legal services you will end up regretting it!!! You can’t say I didn’t warn you!!
