We went to have a will drawn up three months ago for my grandmother and these people never got back to us. Just recently I called to follow up and they kept dodging my calls. At this point I clearly became frustrated and told them I will just stop by for the paperwork.. immediately after I receive a phone call al saying “we don’t want to help you” we are unable to draw up the will whatever … unreal ! He wouldn’t discuss it with me but instead called my grandma saying “we can’t do it” she asks why and says we just can’t … at no point in time do I want to hear it was because of my attitude. I gave him three months to draw up the new will so u. Can imagine my disdain when no one worked on it since … and it may note that this guy isn’t even Thomas fogt.. but some douche in his place… apparently Thomas retired or passed away … RIP… regardless save your time and money before coming here
