This was a very disappointing experience for me. Mr. Esparza was recommended by my brother-in-law as very good. We made an appointment almost a month ahead because they said they were booked up. Both my husband and I took the day off from work to make this appointment. We arrived 20 minutes ahead of our 11:00 a.m. appointment and checked in. And proceeded to wait until 12:00 p.m. without anyone saying anything to us. I can understand if something came up but no one deigned to let us know anything. This seemed extremely rude to me, very poor service.
