Macomb County Misdemeanors:
Generally $950 (Adjournments, Motions, Trial Prep and Trial Extra); Can be greater if multiple charges
Macomb County Felony:
Up to 5-year Max: $1,800 District Court; Additional $1000 on bind-over (Adjournments, Motions, Trial Prep and Trial Extra)
