Thomas R. Mohrhauser Law Office

I was referred to this legal office because at the time of my incident I lived out of state. The location of Monona Court has no public transportation into the area. The secretary in Thomas Mohrhausers office told me they were very successful in the past at keeping out of state residents out of court. Just what I was wanting to hear! She also said they had won or got most cases reduced for out of state clients in Monona Court. Not true. This firm was not even able to keep me out of court. The moment this office got paid was the moment they were no longer concerned! Thomas Mohrhauser was puppeted & intimidated by Monona court. I paid his office thousands of dollars just to get forced into signing a plea agreement for not being able to show up in court. Do not chance your future freedom or record with this timid firm. I would have got the same results with the public defender that was appointed to me for half the price. Also, Due research on this Attorney's past, and what he actually specializes in. Do not pay all up front. Find legal representation that will work on Contingency. I can no longer work due to a past record that could have been easily reduced with the proper representation. Lets thank people like Thomas Mohrhauser & the State of Iowa for contributing to government dependency A concerned client that got ripped off and misrepresented.
