My husband and I were planning on building a home and the horror stories we heard about builders, made us uncomfortable. He helped us write the revisions we needed to send back to the builder. After the consultation, he followed up with resources he thought we might need. We came here to do a Quit Claim Deed. Susanne help us prepare the documents and electronically recorded for us. The process was fast and easy. Great customer service. They charged us a very affordable fee so that was a plus. Highly recommended.
