I am writing on behalf of my daughter 's child support case. She has 2 kids with one being 11 months old along with her husband having a baby with the woman that he cheated on my daughter with. As of today child support of Grant County stated that Brent has still not filed the proper paper work. Several family members have tried to reach out to him on why he has not filed the proper paperwork so that child support can do their job. He fails to return calls to anyone. My daughter paid him months ago and was referred by a family member which he now states I am sorry for this recommendation. To all women please do your research and Do not choose him as your divorce/child support lawyer.

My family had him as an attorney for 21 years and they considered him family. Until my mother was the one that needed serious legal help. He belittled, verbally abuse, and mentally abused her. She paid him a large sum of money and he didn't even put up a fight for her. At one point he even called her crazy in front of me. He most definitely has no idea how to represent any client. My mother fired and ended there 21 year friendship. Don't waste your time and do your research before choosing an attorney there are plenty that are available and willing to show you the compassion and understanding any client deserves regardless of background or case there facing.

Don’t waste your time. My grandfather used them to settle a land purchase about 3 years ago. They lost his paperwork and took weeks to settle it. My father is currently trying to use them to settle a land purchase as well. This office has had the paperwork for a month and no progress has been made. They have not returned any of his phone calls, nor are they in the office most of the time. The one time he was able to get in contact with anyone in the office, they were extremely rude and could not give him a timeframe for when it would be done. At this point, he’s only trying to contact them to get the paperwork back so he can go to a more competent attorney. He was told by the attorney he’s switching to that it would take less than an hour to complete. Do not waste your time or money here.

This guy gets the job well done he dont mess around about it either ..down to earth friendly guy but very serious about his job ..definetly recomend him to anyone.
