I’m hoping this review will truly help someone in need who may be considering this firm for representation. Mr. Rodriguez was very assuring and well versed upon hiring him to represent my brother. That turned out to be the total opposite from my brother and family’s expectations. My brother was very upfront about what he wanted to target in his case. He also requested to have a face to face meeting with Mr. Rodriguez and make sure they were on the same page. Mr. Rodriguez ever so graciously agreed to these initial requests. However, after he was hired and payments were received, he did none of what he “stated” he would do. Despite receiving the payments immediately, it took him over 7 months before he even put himself on record as the attorney. He did not communicate with my brother nor my family for months upon months (Mr. Rodriguez did successfully communicate with the prosecutor suprisingly). What we received instead were countless amounts of unreturned phone calls, no replies to emails, and unfulfilled hopes and dreams. Ultimately my brother received mediocre representation with a hefty bill. It is very unfair to use word play to lure clients in only to not commit to your words. Please if you have any requests of Mr. Rodriguez make sure they are in written format before hiring him for representation, as he will later have no recollection of the conversation.

I am really hoping/trusting you will get my man out... Well I am editing my earlier review because Tim was so disappointing in the end. He would not take calls for weeks on end, no visitation at requests and at a point started playing both sides! Always puts money first before life. I regret hiring him, worst mistake of my life so far. Save your money/life by hiring someone else

Tim Bower is a amazing federal lawyer he represented my son in a federal case the family is very satisfied with the outcome. Do to the lost of his mother and his grieving process he still fought for my son words cannot explain how thankful we are thanks from the bottom of my heart THANKS
