Tim Edwards & Associates were a blessing in my family's life. Tim was very professional and assured my husband that he did have a standing chance of getting 50/50 custody of his son and helped us start the custody case. As a mediator, Tim Edwards is not someone who seems to care about quality time with family. In our mediation he had a boiler plate parenting plan and he refused to change it to meet our needs. It's based on alternating weekends, no matter what else happens. He did not seem to care about our needs. This means that your two week summer vacation is interrupted by a weekend, which means we really can't get away. Three day weekends and holidays also revolve around these weekends. So, if you believe in alternating weekends trumping all else, go with this guy. If you want quality time to go and do things with your kids then consider getting someone else who understands family time.
