Left a message, was told that I will get a call back. I had to call back days later to get the answers. Then the lawyer couldn't even be adult enough to talk to me personally. The secretary had to get the information even though she somehow didn't have it when I called earlier. So obviously the lawyer was there. Not how you attract new clients. Very unprofessional, especially because I was recommended to talk with your firm.

Too high , prices through the roof. Never call back rates -5 if it was a option.

Want to charge $100 to answer a couple of simple questions. Other attorneys offer FREE CONSULTATIONS it doesn't seem right to pay $100 to hear the words "I can't help you" or "you have no case" then she goes on about my doctor.... I'm like ummm they answer questions through my chart for free via messages. Then she referred me out to Cindy Davenport and a quick Google search led me to not go that route either.

They are amazing took the call and the same day had time to see you
