They were diligent and responsive in working on our case for MORE THAN A YEAR -- even though they were only ever going to receive a modest fixed fee for their services (and so were never working on 'billable hours'). The paralegal who was my primary point of contact (Chelsea) was organized, clear, helpful, and enormously patient at shepherding us through our short-sale. I can't say enough good things about the effectiveness with which they advocated for us.
