Mike and his team are excellent! He answers questions directly and to the best of his professional ability. He responds in a timely manner, is polite and clear with time lines/details. Over a year ago Mike managed probate issues and dealing with my fathers slightly complicated Will and legal documents. At that time, I was super grateful to have a lawyer who was competent and composed. He was able to explain things in a concise manner to my brother and I while mentioning details that mattered. Currently, he is helping me with a Will, TOD (transfer on Death) documents and life insurance details. I contacted him about putting a Will together less than a week ago. I gave him the information he needed and he was able to draw up the papers promptly. Had I been available today to sign the papers, everything would be concluded. Try to communicate with and explain situation with a landlord that I have issues with and said felt that it was opinion of the landlord didnt get to finish explaining everything before hanging up on me! Rude unprofessional.
