He has great staff that return emails and calls, and they were all so thoughtful, kind and patient with me and made every effort to make this process as easy and painless as possible, especially with my disability and mobility issues. I am very pleased with the outcome of my court case. I would recommend Tim Nusser and his staff to anyone. They made a very difficult time in my life a lot less stressful and painful.

I recommend this lawyer for paper work and good dressing, but not to fight for you. My case was so simple and he made it complicated, was not prepared, and said ... just hope for the best ... I had 200 pages of proof that my wife cheated on me, and I ended up losing everything, left me with two boys, kept the house, 2 cars, everything in it, and not only that, I ended up paying alimony until she dies. The case took a year and tons of money. I kept my kids but had nothing to start with, not even a bed for them. This happened in 2013 and I am still recovering. Her attorney was Gayle Ryba in Pensacola, she was prepared and she did an awesome job destroying my council. Do your homework before selecting your lawyer. I did not.

Mr. Nusser and his staff have been absolutely amazing during my court issues. We had a very complicated case regarding a past divorce and child support which then led to an adoption.
