This place make no sense what they do. They charged me 5,800 to start with my case and then the only thing they did was send 1 or two applications. And then they told that I had to renew my contract and I had to pay another 3,000. And now that I have to do another 2,000. This place is a joke. I understand that USCIS takes long time but they take advantage of that, to keep charging money. The associates lawyers are late to courts and you will only see Thimoty on the first time and they seemvery careless about things. I have a new lawyer and I wasted 8 years with Thimoty. I hope you see this message because your payment system is not fair. If you’re looking for lawyer don’t come to this place, you’re going be making a big mistake… This place is just so bad in the way they handle cases, and they put you on hold for long time. From 5 min to 30min

My wife hired Timothy Hart to complete her I-90 application to renew her residency and two years later we are still waiting on a response. When we tried to speak to Mr. Hart his assistants Giselle and Joanna insist that we pay $80 to speak to him even though we’ve already paid for his services and just need clarification about the case. And when we agreed to pay the $80 they continuously try to brush us off. We will be seeking a refund for his services. Terrible staff. Cuidado al hacer tratos con este abogado.
