This is a terrible and cheap company with bad corporate management. There is no room for growth within this company, they will use you up and spit you out like a piece of gum. I highly recommend to stay away from TMI Hospitality.
Not a good company to work for. Upper management/Vice President regional do not care about the employee. Worked in Hospitality management over 20 years and this company was the worst ever. Other managers in the area will stab you in the back every chance they get. If you want a great place to work in management this is NOT the place. Other companies will treat you much more as a professional then TMI.
I think this is a fair company to work for. Been with them for 3 years being apart of the opening team for a Residence Inn, Saint Clairsville ohio
Great people to work with.
